Personal insights and messages converted into a soundbook with elusive music

Using earthquake-like intentions, balancing dreamy colours with syncopated drums, staccato vocals and “that strange rap voice”, Gino-Cochise gifts us with a soundbook that is filled with personal insights and messages fused into a journey of rich sounds and melodies. The Amsterdam-based artist along with his band, DJAGO will be showcasing his debut album on Monday 14th March 2022 during his headline show at one of Amsterdam’s most popular music venues Paradiso.

Cochise is no stranger to the live circuit, playing at festivals such as Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS), Super Sonic Jazz Festival, North Sea Jazz Downtown as well as international festivals Glastonbury, Greenman and Shambala Festival alongside an array of artists – Badjekkah, Julya Lo’ko, Gerson Main and Anne-Fay to name a few. We can truly expect his live performance to be one of a kind.

LBM III – The Soundbook

Gino-Cochise is one of today’s most unique, quirky and unconventional artists. His mantra is music is for meditation and meditation is medicine. “There is a lack of awareness and spirituality in today’s society. I need my music to help people remember what’s most important in life; peace of mind, body and soul, equality, universal health and justice for all beings.”  He debuted as a solo artist with the fiery single ‘Fo Woa’ which was released through his own label; DJAGO THE LABEL. 

Cochise’s soundbook aims to reach people with messages inspired by different dimensions of his own personal journey. He shares great eye-opening insights into his world with a clear desire to stir awareness. “Only in consciousness we can be and be together”. 
There are currently 4 soundbooks underway and Cochise clearly taps into his artistic nature by releasing the 3rd as his debut album.
